pork dumplings



During the weekend we tried Din Tai Fung in Bishan.


Xiao Long Bao. 18 folds are hand made.


Its nice that they have an instruction on how to eat their specialty...


This is a special dumpling that you have to eat with care because inside the beautiful folds is a very hot soup and meat... best served with vinegar, ginger and chili... yummy! I can eat up to 5 pieces. :)
